Vintage model railroad used in driving safety film

To me this color 1947 vintage automobile driver safety film is interesting for the scenery. The scenery was probably state of the art quality back in 1947 and it doesn't look bad. The diecast cars being used appear to be 1/43 scale vintage Dinky toys. The railroad track doesn't appear to have a third rail. I'm not sure who the manufacturer would have been for the trains that are shown briefly.

Wow very cool!
I wonder if that was done by stop motion or using some kind of magnets...

Given that the film is made before the advent of brass from Japan, I personally the locos could be from All-Nation, or Thomas O-scale, which ran on 2 rail track. Their models were all kits, and in this case, 1/48th scale trains are close enough in scale to the cars to be convincing.

Try American Flyer, the cars are to big for the train. I remember that loco too. Neat feature.
