Most of my videos are of my HO scale CP Rail Manitoba & Minnesota Subdivision. But I have posted a video of a great N scale modular layout up here in Winnipeg--Win-N-Trak. I shot some video of it during our recent Winnipeg Model Railroad Club fall show.
Hi John , nice video, thanks for posting it. The SPAM filter stopped your post from being displayed (that happens sometimes) but not to worry as the moderators will allow it if the same happens again.
Willis, the video already got posted, so I'm not sure what you mean by it being caught by the spam filter. Look a couple of posts down. As I said before, when this video was first posted, I can't view it if I'm not a You Tube Member. If this is a new policy, I suggest members find other sites to post videos, since I refuse to join You Tube.

Well, it's something on my Vista 64 bit machine compared to my XP netbook. I can see the video fine on the XP machine but on my main machine, I see a few seconds of the video opening screen and then am immediately redirected to a log-in screen. Both computers have IE8 updated so I don't think IE is the problem. It has to be a cooke or temp internet file on this thing and I've searched and deleted every Google and YouTube cookie I can find with no change. Never run into this before. I hate Vista 64.
Anyway, a very nice and detailed layout once I got the chance to see it.
Edit: I just went to Trent's post of his layout. the first video, which is apparently just a public video, I can view fine. The second video, which is apparenlty on his private channel, I get exactly the same behavior, just a redirect to the log in screen. I don't get what's happening, but it has something to do with user's private accounts on You Tube.
Trent, as I said in your thread, when you changed the link, I could view your second video fine.
John, your link goes through your user channel rather than being a straight public video. That's what seems to be giving me trouble. Trent's link had the same formatting and I couldn't see it either. When he changed it to a normal direct link, it was fine. I have no idea what the issue is but it's something to do either with some cookie I can't find on my machine or Vista 64, since I can view it fine on XP.
