I don't know if UPS has much warehouse rail traffic. In Seattle, they load the stuff on trucks and drive it to an intermodal rail yard, then load the trailers and containers on to intermodal trains. They build two or three of these trains every day.

I have a giant Walmart Dist. Center on my layout, but it is not served by my railroad. You could use any kind of building for a UPS warehouse.
