I'm sure you all have seen the previews for the newest film coming to theaters this Friday. Since the Wheeling & Lake Erie Ry. is the host railroad for this movie my area has been getting more attention than usual from the media. The grandfather of a friend of mine was the engineer for all moving trains in the movie. See story below,

I was up close with the 1206 (used in the movie) when i was at the Brewster Shops and a few of the movie locomotives can be seen in the yards under tarps for abvious reasons. All about a ten minute drive from me, so I'll try to get some pics soon!

thats real cool i'm going to see it friday and i have a feeling its going to be a good one i'll keep watching for your pic of the movie loco.

Im gonna watch it too with friends, hope fully it will be nice with not much obvious railroad misconception. Like the common train line unplugging that would cancel all the brake instead of going into emergency.

Hopefully this will be a good movie. There are not nearly enough big Hollywood movies that are centered around railroads.
