well it certainly could have been worse, he should be lucky he was only hypothermic, and not a popsicle stuck to the back of a train, a new kind of ETD right there. Or even worse yet, a pile on the rails. The dispatcher was smart to have each train blow its horn, that was a good idea.
 
"After a few drinks with friends"...I think those are the operative words here. :) In addition, I'm sure he was uncomfortable, but people who are truly hypothermic are not capable of dialing 911 and carrying on an intelligent conversation with the dispatcher. He just wanted someone to come and warm up his sorry butt. :mad:

Does anyone else think it's bizarre that they conducted an interview with a guy who had already been charged with trespassing while standing right in the middle of the tracks, presumably on the same railroad property?
