Tortoise and the Frog

First, I'm an electrical moron. If it isn't in a big color diagram I'm not going to understand it.

I've managed to install and wire my NCE Swith-It's and the associated SPST push buttons. What I need help on is which Tortoise connector (2,3,4,5,6, or 7) do I use to power the frog? The instructions list 2,3,4 and 5,6,7 being two separate internal SPDT switches but it doesn't give me a nice clear picture of which connector I need to soldier my frog wire to.

Any help appreciated.

I figured it out. 2 and 3 are wired to the track bus and 4 to the frog.
