On December 8th, 1980, John Lennon was shot and killed by Mark David Chapman, disgruntled, and holding the album that Lennon had signed several hours prior, on his way to the studio.
Today we mourn the loss of one of music's greatest, a prodigy beyond words.
 
I read the news today oh boy..............:( :( :( .

I am a HUGE John Lennon fan. Thanks for the post lest we forget how prolific he was indeed.
