Being totally new to N scale and last time I had Hornby HO/OO 30 odd years ago as a kid. N was necessary as I only have a small apartment I was to be honest not expecting too much... But WOW!!
Overall I am stunned by the level of detail and precision of N scale and the quality level here even the "books" for the trains reeks of quality. Literally! Oh "new" smell of them
Very very happy day
I want to collect all the worlds iconic high speed trains (steam ones too like flying Scotsman etc as well).
French TGV is next on my list.
...Oh these arrived the other day too, 2 cheap and cheerful but very fun little "chibi" pocket line trains for track testing and more dangerous experimentation will likely turn them into track cleaning minions.
They run really well for the money and pleasantly impressed with these too.
