Enjoyed the video a lot. Brings back memories of the numerous rail trips we took from Montana to Indiana. I especially enjoyed the dining car and the great food.
Nice video. Like Chet it brings back memories of rail travel when I was young.
I never rode in an passenger train in the 50's, but did ride the old North Shore Line from Milwaukee to Chicago or Kenosha, Wisconsin. The North Shore Line was as interurban line that disappeared in the early 1960's.
Traveling to visit friends in the Kenosha or Chicago area it was rail, not via a car in the early 60's. Not as fancy as a passenger train equipped with a dining car with great food.
Thanks.
Greg
Awesome video, not too sure I'd want someone with a straight razor near my neck with cows walking on the tracks.
