A guitar player in one of my old bands told me about this club in Michigan called "The Boobie Hatch" & I always thought that was a hoot. Just for fun I banged out a set of signs & slapped them on our "Trackside Tavern" kit. People seem to like it so I'll run 25 sets of signs & box these up as a limited edition. It's available in HO, N & O Scales. Same retail price as the Trackside Tavern. Contact me off list if you have any interest. Also shown is the alternate version of Patterson's Hardware, "Luci Long's Tattoo". This is also available in HO, N & O Scales. get 'em both & you could really get a good head start on your red light district.
Very nice work. I took a look at your web site, great turorial on hydrocasting finishing. I may just have to get a store (or two etc.) from you in the future.
As president of the MRFDAL (Model Railroad Forums Decency Action League) I am informing you that we plan a protest at your establishment this Saturday. Our town used to be a decent place, where children could play without seeing the likes of your den of iniquity. Our scale people will be at the front of your diorama, with their scale signs, until we take back the streets for wholesome folk!

I like both buildings, and your stuff in general, but have one observation FWIW:
The girl looks like she belongs on a sign from earlier era burlesque theaters or dance clubs, while the rest of the signage brings to mind the 60's or 70's through current day (especially the "XXX" one). I think I'd change one or the other, but that's just me. I learned the hard way about era conciousness!
