Anyone know where to find a terminal bus bar or strip. Or does anyone know how to make one. Went to Radio Shack and Home Depot and they looked at me like I had two heads.
Thanks
Hi 402dvr: Google Radio Shack, they have two styles. European terminal strips and 2,4,6,8 position barrier strips.DJ
Thanks. I actually tried those. What I am looking for would allow one to hook up a positive wire from the transformer to the strip once. Then you could hook all your accessories's positive leads to the subsequent positions on that side of the strip. The opposite side of the strip would be used for the respective negative leads and the negative lead from the power source.
It would look like this:
+ source + + + + + + + +
- source - - - - - - - -
All on one strip allowing you to hook up multiple components.
On a terminal bar you have to run jumpers on one side and the bar can only be used for one side of the polarity.
OK, check Walthers cat. page 800, Miniatronics makes a power distribution block,12 or 24 positions. I think that's what you're looking for. DJ.
that's exactly what I need thanks
Thank you too, Grampy. I've been looking for the same but didn't know what to call it.
Glad I could help, guys.DJ.
