Special wiring needed for Atlas/Roco C-83 crossing?

For the atlas, the frog is insulated (unpowered) so there is no special wiring in dc or dcc.

I have DCC and I just installed a 12.5 degree crossing and I put a feeder wire on both ends of the siding that goes across it. I didnt put a feeder wire on the industrial spur that makes up the other part of the crossing because mostly unpowered rolling stock will go down it. I put in the feeder wire just to make sure that any engine that goes across it is powered as soon as it crosses the junction (the crossing piece is about 9" in length but the junction is about 3 inches).
