Speakers for DCC Sound in the Bachmann On30 Mogul

In my web article about putting sound in the Bachmann Mogul, All
Electronics was a supplier for 1-1/2" Dia Speakers, the same as the
Soundtraxx. They no longer have them in stock. I have found an
alternate speaker with a better sound. Philmore TS19 speakers are the
old paper cone variety with a bigger magnet and give a better sound.
If you Google up that nomenclature several suppliers show up. Sorry
if that inconvenienced anyone. The Philmore's are better.

I will be changing the webpage to indicate the new speaker. It is
also in a 640x480 format and can be printed.

Good to know that there is a better sounding replacement. I've considered adding sound to some of my units when I get DCC installed. Speakers are something I haven't given much thought to but your web page will make it easier to move into sound.
