Everyone has room on their layout for a shop storage shed if they follow the CSX example.
Nice I've seen quite a few old boxcars converted into storage sheds. It'd be a great was to find a new use for some of your old trainset stuff too. Just park it by the shop and load it up with old junk.

I thought the unique thing about this one is the steps/platform, concrete block wall for the gas cylinders and the fact that it's still on the track. It would be a cool, super easy project that would take little space. Sometimes the proto likes easy and small too.
