SIC24AD - gateway for Loconet

Hello!
I couldn’t sent command from NCE Power Cab to Digitrax DS64 through SIC24AD.
(I used this SIC24AD with setup 1 without any problem already)

SIC24AD - with chip version #13.
Connect power from track to the “Track Power”.
IDC Input and IDC Outputs are empty.
Earth (5th pin from IDC Input) - do not connect to the DS64.
Reset SIC24AD. Then CV9 = 4 “DCC to bus gateway enable” with JMRI Decoder Pro.
In program Mode LED1 (red) is “On”.
After writing CV from Decoder Pro LED2 (green) flash some times.

Digitrax DS64
working correctly with Power Cab without SIC24AD for address 01. (power from track)
Connect to the power supply 12vdc, 1А
Reset DS64. (OpSw 14 "Allow command from Loconet adn Track" is ON)

Connection with cable RJ12-RJ12 (pin 1 to pin 1).
On NCE Power Cab I "SELECT ACCY" but no result.
can you tell what I'm doing wrong?

i don't utilize this functionality of SIC24AD. with that, loconet cable (unlike nce-bus cable) is pin1 to pin6 http://www.dccwiki.com/LocoNet i suspect this is the issue here.

BTW, did we by any chance conversed on other forum before?

Anton!
I know, that you are use PR3 for Lokonet.
On your advice, I've already changed the wires, but to no avail.

...loconet cable (unlike nce-bus cable) is pin1 to pin6...

Sorry, but that is incorrect. Loconet is also pin 1 to pin 1. MOST Loconet devices will work with a pin 1 to pin 6 cable. With Loconet pins 3 and 4 are the same thing, pins 2 and 5 are the same thing, and pins 1 and 6 are mirrors of each other, so most devices will work with a reversed cable; however, a correct Loconet cable will be pin 1 to pin 1.
