I have been looking for HO card stock building plans for quite some time now and have found 'N' scale buildings a lot more than 'HO' ones. Now I would like to know if any of you know of a program that will allow me to increase and/or decrease the scale whether it is 'O' guage, 'N' scale or whatever to the scale I want.
