Replacing Flywheel and U/J

Thanks to Tom's generosity I have the parts required to get the F-45 running again, but what is the best way to re-fit the u/j and flywheel without damaging anything.

I'll usually just twist it off the motor shaft then use a light hammer to drive the new one back in place.
I had to take it off to show Tom,
I'm more worried how I re-fit it, does the U/J fit into the flywheel first, then both onto the armature, or fit the U/J onto the armature, then fit the flywheel?

a flywheel puller will get it off nice and straight ... if you don't have you can use two flat head screw drivers while holding the armature in a vise or similar ..
they are cheap on the big auction site

I would put the flywheel on the shaft first. The shaft should be solid all the way through the motor. Preferably use a vice to press the flywheel on. Hammering may affect the magnets of the motor.
