I will be purchasing a Walthers HO scale SW1 loco with white Conrail markings on a blue field. My intention is to repaint with a US Air Force scheme. My question is can I remove the Conrail markings without damaging the blue paint, since the USAF blue is similar. I'm building my first model railroad but I'm an experienced modeler with a lot of scratch building over the years. I'm just lazy and hope not to repaint the entire loco. Thanks, fellas.
