I finally got around to installing the Railpro modules I posted in the RPO into some locos (HO Kato’s).
They have Scale Sound System speakers and I’m quite impressed with the sound, especially that melodic horn!

That kid on the bike is dangerously close to the train.
Besides that unnerving situation, the sound is pretty good.

Speaking of that bike, I like how the head and tail lights work on that, too!

We’ll okay, did up three more locos last night!
One has a cheapo speaker tho soon to be replaced by a Scale Sound System one.
Cool thing with Railpro is you can run DPU anywhere in the train with zero messing with CV's, love it!

Just done some reading up of your system, looks pretty good, wish I'd known about this before, but even if I did, I can't find a dealer in the UK. so I'd have to import one, and that makes it too expensive for me.

I managed to load a sound file of couplers stretching into this Athearn SD38-2 today.
