I've been searching the web without much luck.

Where can I get a big assortment of PRR decals for assorted cars and cabooses and some typical PRR paint to convert some stuff I already have to PRR.

Is there an off the shelf spray paint that is close??

Anyone know of any place that sells a big kit of decals???

Try microscale.com for decals they have a wide variety of Pennsy decals. Hunt and poke around until you find the "search" blank and type in pennsylvania they have them for N, HO, O.

Also try here for acyrlic {or oil if ou prefer} paints: page 2 has some pennsy colors:

Hunt and poke around and you may find more available. I don't know what colors you are looking for specifically, but they have other "generic" RR colors that may work too.
