New N gauge guy
Some new pics of my small N-scale layout.
I have weathered my track. Spray can special, but it looks better.
I also put down almost a can of fine ballast.
That stuff will ware on your nerves.:confused:

EDIT: I changed computers, and now I can see the pics. Wonder what that was all about? Anyways, you're all right, that is a lot of ballast. Looks good though!

The ballast looks great. I've ballasted before and I like the process, but I accidently bought medium grade instead of fine grade. I have a full tub of medium ballast that will most likely go to waste.

Yes that is a lot of ballast. Next one will be done differently. Putting it on that thick is a pain.

Surely you can find someone some where that models a larger scale for that medium ballast. :D
