I've had a few HO Con-Cor passenger cars for years without interiors and lighting and received awhile back a newsletter from Con-Cor saying they have a Branchline-Commuter & Suburban line of cars available. I think it's time to upgrade and looking at the pictures these Pullman heavyweight 65'ers look pretty descent with a lot of nice features. They have the roadname I want too. Has anyone bought these cars and how do you like them? Also I run DC and these cars have track pickup interior lighting. Can the lights be turned off with a switch during the day or do the lights have to run constantly? Thanks.

I've bought two of the branchline cars, one baggage and one RPO. They run great, but I, too, haven't figured out how to turn off the lights without disconnecting them, or installing an off-on switch, which would have to be somewhere readily accessible. Also, I wish they came with six-wheel trucks so I can run them with other heavyweight passenger cars on mainline runs.
