I plan to use Peco Insulfrog turnouts on my layout. If I feed all six rails is it safe to paint the point rails? I've used Electrofrogs in the past and didn't paint the points.

Yes, although not on the surfaces between the stock rail and points, and I would be extremely careful painting anything close to the small tabs that the points rails have to contact under them for continuity. Same applies to glues and ballast material.
