Old Lefty Is Sill At It.

Here is some projects I finished over the last 3 days.
First up is a Atlas GP38.I added the side mount bell, sun shades,end rails,painted the fuel tanks and truck side frame.As you can see my Polly S Enchantment Blue didn't match the Enchantment Blue that Atlas used so,some weathering is in order as soon as I get to a shop and pickup some paints and chalks.Second up is a Athearn GP7 that I added a air filter to.This is a T&SW GP7r.I will add more details.I added KD couplers to these 2 Bev/Bel Athearn 50 boxcars..The Toledo & Southwestern is a sister road to the C&HV and is owned by CDB Industries.
Now to top things off I discovered I am out of Weathered Black and P2K 33" wheel sets.

Thats not the worst of it either..No Grimy Black,no dust,no fire cracker antennas.I had to place a large order for paint,detail parts and other goodies.

That's a mighty good-looking C&O GP38 you have there! Is it a modified Athearn BB GP38-2 shell?

Ken,A lot of my modeling friends and fellow club members calls me "Old Lefty".. I started using "Old Lefty" as part of my topic subject heading as a joke but,kinda like it now..
