Did NSC start producing their intermodal well cars before the Year 2000?

I model the early- to mid-90's, but I really love the look of those double-stackers and want at least one train of them on my pike. I've seen pix of doublestackers during 1995 on rrpicturearchives.net, but none of them appear to be NSC cars...

Josh, that's one reason I refuse to pin down my modeling period to a specific year and date like some of my local modeling friends do. I just ordered a handful of Walthers' 3-unit sets plus a couple of single-unit well cars, because they're on sale with free shipping. These, plus my existing fleet, will give me a fairly good representation of all the car types seen on CSX in modern times.
