Noch Grassmaster vs. the other one

I've found another maker of a static grass applicator machine Here it is. http://www.grasstechusa.com/products.htm

It's less expensive then the Noch one (about $140.00).

Does anyone have any experience with this other one? Does it work as well as the Noch one?

I recently built a grass-installer, using one of those $3.00 electric flyswatters from Harbor Tool. It does work, but I'd call it somewhat marginal; the voltage generated is well under 1000 volts, and I believe that isn't enough to give the fibers a real stand-up charge. I've found you get the best out of the device if you hold it very low above the scenery.
