I haven't had an actual layout in years due to lack of space, but I have continued to work on some scratch-built structures.

I used to do exclusively HO, but now I prefer O scale.

Are you a Model Maker by trade?
I use to have a friend that made models for housing developments & golf course country clubs.
If you do, that's a great business to be in.
