Azatrax has released a new dual channel infrared train detector:
http://www.azatrax.com/dual-train-detector.html
The model MRD2 detector senses trains at two locations and has two relay contact outputs. User selectable operating modes enable the detector to trigger two different circuits depending on train location or direction of travel.
The MRD2 also can automatically set turnout points, with support for both twin-coil and Tortoise switch machines.
As with the MRD1 single IR train detector, the sensors for the MRD2 can be located in the track roadbed, or set up to look across one or more tracks.
