At 3:05, you can still read "PULLMAN STANDARD" on the water tower.
For a name, how about "Janksburg"? There are a lot of "burgs" in Pennsylvania.

Water towers come in different styles and types depending on era and places.
As for weathering, no 2 cars weather the same, no 2 sides weather the same.
