So i just ordered an Atlas made Dash 8-40C in Norfolk Southern scheme...does anybody have any problems with one they may have? My concern is that I have a Kato SD70 MAC which has the 3 axle trucks, of course, and so does the Dash 8-40C, but my SD70 has a WICKED problem with the corners on my layout...but they really arent that bad, i think it may just be the new style of trucks Kato has..i guess..does anybody know if ill have the same problem with my new Dash 8-40C? Even tho its made by Atlas? idk..i really really reallllllly hope i dont haha

Thanks in advance,

Nate, assuming you have at least 11" radius curves, you should be fine. Atlas seems to be more forgiving in curves than big power from Kato.

11" curves would be impossible for anything but little switchers and tank engines in HO. This is an N scale topic.
