Has anyone seen these Con-Cor cars (pilot run?) in real life? All they show are drawings probably made in SolidWorks or some other CAD program. They look promising for something resembling SP Harriman coaches.

I have not seen any in real life, but have seen some of their passenger cars, which aren't as detailed as a Walthers or a Branchline Trains model. I'm hoping they are better than their previous stuff and that it can be a fill in for a CNR branchline car on my layout.
I had a correspondence with a gentleman at Rapido that said there were a couple of different heavyweight cars that his partner would like to do at some point, but for a while yet – at least, not until The Canadian is finished. That would be a bonus for me and would put the final touch on my branchline passenger service, which only has a RDC, Oil Electric, and a baggage express car.
I hope the Con-Cor car can be a fill in for you until something more prototypical comes along.
I remember some of the older Con-Cor psg cars were rather basic. Hopefully these will measure up. Since they feature separate grabirons it seems promising.
If Rapido made a close model of SP's Harriman-looking cars they would be sensational indeed.
ConCor is currently marketing well detailed PRR class MP54, PB54, and BM62 steel cars in HO. These are excellent cars, so far (the BM62 is not out yet), sold in two packs lettered for the PRR - two eras - and all of the railroads that bought MP54s from the PRR.
The MP54s are a prototypical 62 - 64 foot length BTW. Another project in the pipeline is the electrified version of the MP54 series, cars that remained in revenue service through the 1970s.
The branchline and commuter cars you are referring to are probably generic cars based on the MP54 tooling, and include a solarium lounge that is probably a foobie, although the other cars should resemble many railroad commuter/branchline operations.
Although it's too soon to tell, these should contain more detail than the old Concor shells associated with the Concor brand.
