Anyone here that can furnish a pic of the new Bachmann GP 40 chassis? I've looked high and low to no avail. I hear it's an all new chassis with new trucks.
Thanks in advance.

New as in no talgo mount couplers. New as in DCC Equipped now. New as in everybody saying it has a new diecast frame instead of the plastic one it used to have. I need to see the frame...drive...chassis...the goodies under the shell.

The GP-30, GP-35, and GP-40 were all released in the same timeframe over the last two years. They have a solid metal chassis, knuckle couplers, a can motor, and DCC already on board. The one thing that's missing to make them really good runners are flywheels. Other than that, the detail level is quite good and they run well, if a little noisy. For $40 or so, they are very good deals.

does anyone know if these newer Bachmann loco's have separate grabs and see thru fans like the Athearn RTR models?
