sorry for caps, im new to the engine and well i see numbers but i cant see an engine.
(all Lionel MPC)

IC GP 9 Units and porthole caboose
Monon U36B and dummy
Northern Pacific U36B and dummy
Jersey Central FM and caboose (jade green w/ tan stripes)

does anybody have any rough pictures of what these may look like?

why i ask is im looking to add these to my layout, ive been offerd a choice of one of those packages so im trying make up my mind, i like the A-B consist but they look very short thusly almost squished together, i like the look of the GP 9 and then i was wondering if the jersey FM was a good work horse, able to haul alot of cars, heh my mind is a bit frazzled at the moment right now, thanks for your input
 
All those engines will haul about the same amount of cars. What should concern you is what era you want to operate in. For example, the FM and GP-9 are in the same era but the FM was long gone when U-36B's came out and GP-9's were being relegated to yard work. Pick out your era and road name since all Lionel B-B diesels have almost identical pulling power.
