Need HELP for built a GMD-1 in HO Scale.

Hello to you dear friends modeller.

I need your help to make a replica of GMD1 that CN uses. I miss many things to achieve it. Here's what I need: the frame, the type of locomotive, HO measurements. I was wondering: if anyone of you has ever tried to make a purchase and did not make it in brass.

what truck arraignment are you looking for, they had 4 and 6 axle versions. and their was a brass version but few and far between.

A 4 wheel type SW1200RS and my futur engin give a number #1422

I have a GMD-1 on the project list. My plan is to build one using Athearn SW1500 long hood pieces and cabs. It won't be exactly prototypical but I hope to capture the 'look' of the engine.
Canadian Railway Modeller did a 2 part article on the GMD-1's way back in 1998. I have the second part in my library that has dimensional drawings in HO scale in the article.
