I have tried calling the number on the web site and I get a recording saying the number is disconnected? Anyone have a working number for them?
 
You called 585-265-0230? If so, you must have dialed it wrong since I just got the NCE voice mail so it's a working number.

Same number here (stored in phone, I'm lazy about looking for numbers) but it goes through. You are calling across the country, did you dial 1 first?
