I started n scale after doing ho for a short time and decided I need more room, so I made the switch. I have a few diffierent size trees. from 1 inch to maybe 4 or five. They all look good on some on my mountains when my trains good by it, but some just don't look realistic. I know all trees are different sizes but it there a size range I need to stick to for n scale? Seems Like they are too small or look like huge redwoods.
buy some dowels, and a piece of green furnace filter material, and make your own trees that look realistic, and tall as they should be. Works for this modeler. I love tall pines, forests of em, and mountain scenery.
