N scale HI-Rise buildings

Scratchbuilt buisiness/ apartments hi-rise building I put together using balsa 4"x4" sheets. I used cardboard for the individual floors and a variety of clear plastic for the windows. Removable heating & air maintenance building at the top. The maint. building has lights along with some of the individual floors and rooms. This was my own design and I think it came out looking like it was built in the 30's to 40's era. Works great for 60's era modeling. The most time consuming part is cutting in the windows. There's still some work to do on it (painting, trim etc.) but not much. The waterbased copper paint looks great on this.

I once built one maybe half that size and it was a lot of work!

Thanks. Yep, alot of work and no instructions. A friend built a few and we added those into the city.
