Modern Reefers Announced


Have those not been announced for some time? They're similar to the Athearn model, just a more modern incarnation...
 
No, this is a new version of an older car, with a Carrier refrigeration unit refitted to the orginal car, along with a cushion underframe. Pretty pricey though.

Mhmm, basically the same car, but a new refrigeration unit, you can modify the Athearn car if you're up to that.
 
The first run of IMRC R-70-20's were delivered to shops last week. We got a few of each in and they are great looking cars! The detail and printing is very good, I had one beside and Athearn RTR car and it wasn't even close! The etched metal details and Kadee's on the IMRC car make it worth the slightly high price.
