Anyone remember who makes this or where i can find it? thought it was Vollmer but having no luck locating it.

Vollmer, Faller, and many other European companies all make structures for Walthers. It very well could have been a Vollmer kit before Walthers started selling it under their brand name.
Just the other day, I was building an elevated trolley stop shelter from a Model Power pedistrian bridge. I was looking at the underside of the roof and "POLA" was very prominently molded into it.
