I am currently in the planning stages of yet another Layout, i have decided to have a section of river/canal.
Since starting at uni i have become heavily involved with Rowing and would therefore quite like a boat on this streach of river

i want a racing boat in 1:76 (4mm-ft) but H0 would do
(this sort of boat)

the catch is I cant find a model anywhere. is it going to have to be a scratchbuild?

* the photo is just so i dont get bombarded with people telling me where to get a model of a normal rowing boat.

That type of crew rowboat has never been produced in HO scale, to my knowledge. I think scratchbuilding is your only alternative.

I don't think it would be too hard to build, just a couple strips of styrene with some cross pieces should do it.
Seated figures may be available in that position or may need just a little surgery.
We'd love to see pictures of it if you do it tho.
