I have the opportunity to buy a Minitrix Steam loco 0-6-0. Engine says ATSF and tender says 9100. Box says 2916. What is it worth? What year were these made?

I'm assuming this is N scale. They were first produced about 1985 and production continued for about 10 years. They are not rare and show up on e-bay regularly. There were made at a time that N scale engines were way overscale and didn't run very well. Since it has no collector's value and doesn't match up to modern N scale equipment in details or running ability, I wouldn't pay more than $35 for it, and that would have to be in near new condition.
