If you wanna mod your AC's...best guy to ask will be Larry.He's done tons of mods on various locos.He'll know best.All I can think of is that you'll need extended couplers to make 'short' turns.....hope you get sorted out....keep us up to date

Didnt you say you modified your AC? Couplers, no problem, but I dont really want to be cutting and glueing...
I left the couplers as is..as for the under carriage,all I did was file abit on the hole where the trucks swivel in ( to get a shorter radius ) & I removed the plastic 'couple-things' ( which kinda holds the trucks together )...which tend to bump against the under carriage when it turns sharply & causes the trucks not to turn as short when their in place.....no glue
