Marklin, Piko?

Are ho scale Marklin and Piko any good? Also on ebay they are listed as dcc will that run on my prodigy 2?

They both make and sell plenty of trains. Big in Europe. Marklin is usually 3 rail unless it is Hamo brand. It will short on 2 rail. On the cars wheels are not always isolated on the axel. You need to know what DCC conversion was used. Is it US or from Europe??
Piko is mostly two rail DC.
