I have vague memories of a group of guys working on an enormous layout of a single train station that I think was in London. I can't find any information on it! Does anyone have any idea what I'm talking about? It seems like they went through several design iteration before they decided to just model it foot for foot without compressing any aspect and it was freaking enormous.

Yeah I know! Seems like it was HO / OO scale, was sunken grade (below street level) with overpasses and a parallel road and buildings and perhaps 8 sets of passenger yard tracks with cross overs and such. It was maybe 30' long, and the ends just connected by a loop of track "out of scene" from the rest of the layout. They were building it outdoors and storing it in a dude's garage I think. The whole thing disassembled modular style. They had their own website but I can't find it in my bookmarks.

So I take it no one has any idea what I'm talking about?

Bummer ... it was a really cool project. I'd love to look through their build journal again.
