Those are interesting little guys. Is the paint scheme from a prototype? I ask because the paint scheme is almost identical the the green and gold paint scheme that the former Southern Railroad of the US used on some of their steam engines. If it's a real prototype, someone stole a paint scheme from someone. :)
 
The British Southern Railway resulted from a fusion of many smaller lines in the South of Britain.

The livery is accurate the lettering being in yellow.

So, I wonder who had the green and gold scheme first, Southern of Britain or Southern of the US? Their schemes are too close not have been influenced by the other. The Southern of the US had many British investors so I suspect it was the Southern of the US that stole the paint scheme.
 
British parliament legislated that all the small companies be grouped into four in 1921. This was complete by 1923
