Long Winded Old Fart
I went to Bryson City, NC to see the Little Engine that Could & while I was there, went into the Lionel Museum & they have a 25 by 45 ft. fantastic layout. It cost $8.00 to get in the gate, but it's well worth the money.
I got in early before the crowd & took a lot of photo's.
There were 35 animated sites which caught my attention right away. They run about 10 engines w/lots of passenger & freight cars all the time. That's steam & diesel. There's also about 20 large display cases w/a giant Lionel collection. I'll post a few photo's in a few moments.
