I know your are probably thinking this is just another one of those copy cats making another one of those "let's see your. . ." threads, but I am going to make a small intermodal facility on my small ho layout, and I want to see what your intermodal facilities look like so I can get a better idea of what they should look like. I've already seen many photos of real intermodal terminals and have seen some photos of ho intermodal terminals but I still want to see more of them.
A small but busy Intermodal yard !
Here are 2 views of my small intermodal yard. The one is before the first deliveries and second after it's been cluttered up with containers. So busy they had to add a second crane. I service it with a track mobile by factory trains. Works great and with the operating Heljan cranes keeps me busy for hours.
