It's a Walther's kit called "American Hardware" (I think). I might have bought two kits -- but anyhow, it's greatly rearranged and enlarged. It's a dead-ringer for some of the Westinghouse buildings in the Oakland-Emeryville, CA area long ago.
The Albers Mill next to it is scratchbuilt. It's closer, in looks, to the one in Portland, OR.
