I just purchased a new kit from the Nu-Line Mfg.
It's a factory #2. It's 20 X 30 inch's w/a low profile.
I'm going to use it for a Walmart Dist. Center on my layout. I've been buying Walmart semi's at Walmart in H.O. scale to set around the building. What's the largest building you have in your layout structures?
I'll post photo's as I build this one. Which may be awhile yet.
Post any pictures of what you have!

I have a dinky layout, so the largest building I have on mine is Walther's Lakeside Shipping (13x10?). Next would be Walther's Golden Cannery (8x10).

Since it's kind of a rural layout, large buildings don't really fit, but I've considered a long row of flats against the backdrop to simulate that part of a larger building.... I have a pile of DPM Modules for this purpose.

I've used a lot of DPM buildings myself to kit bash for a certain area. Wedged shaped & xtra tall bldg's. You can do a lot w/all those xtra pieces they send w/their kits.

I bought one of those metal trays with some extra magnets to use as a thing to square up these kinds of buildings. Have used it a few times and it works fairly well.

Have not tried it for any oddball angles yet, though.

The largest building I have is from Great West Models' Detroit Motors. It really takes up a lot of real estate. On the other hand, it also is a very interesting structure with a lot of potential for modifications.

I've seen the Nu-Line models, and am looking forward to getting one.

Go make something!
The largest building I have built in HO was a 45 story office building. It was over 6 feet tall. It didn't go on a layout however but to an architect's office for his client.

Well kind of a tossup for me right now, in area I'd say the Walther's mine and the DPM power plant would run a close 2 nd. When I get to the town part of it there are some 4 or 5 story buildings to assmble, but that seems to be a long way off yet. The mine and power plant are required for operations starting before Christmas
