Kadee PS2 Covered Hopper

I'm trying to slowly build up my Rock Island sand/cement covered hopper fleet. I have Bowser, Intermountain, and Athearn equipment. I am currently looking at the Kadee cars. Does the quality justify the $30-35 price tag? Are the walks see through?

I don't own any Kadee equipment so any feedback is appreciated.
